CERSDOV Conducts 2-Day Advocacy Training to Strengthen GBV Prevention and Reproductive Health Efforts
The Center for Study and Resolution of Domestic Violence (CERSDOV), with support from the Norwegian Government through the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), successfully held a two-day advocacy training in Kaduna.
The training brought together Government Officials, advocates, community leaders, traditional rulers, youth influencers, CSOs, and media practitioners to enhance their capacity in promoting Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention and advancing reproductive health rights.
Participants were equipped with practical tools for community advocacy, policy engagement, and awareness campaigns. Emphasis was placed on the power of coordinated messaging and inclusive strategies in changing harmful norms and improving access to reproductive health services.
CERSDOV continues to drive impactful change by empowering frontline voices and promoting collaborative advocacy for safer, more informed communities.
